The What’s Next Mobile Tool is Now FREE for Everyone

With mobile usage starting to overtake desktop consumption, we have decided to make the AddThis Pro What’s Next Mobile tool a standard part of our free offering to all AddThis users!

Starting today, all AddThis tools sites will have access to a mobile-optimized recommendation tool that you can use to reduce your mobile bounce rate and increase time on site.
Just like our desktop tool, recommendations are based on related and currently trending content on your website. You can also customize recommendations by pointing to a specific URL in your site.
Another enhancement we’re releasing is that moving forward we will be using a redirect for click tracking to improve the accuracy of your analytics. We’re thrilled that our tools are keeping with the evolution of mobile, including the ability to provide more mobile-driven data, helping our users accurately target and engage with their mobile audience

How to Get the What’s Next Mobile Tool

It’s easy to get up and running with the What’s Next Mobile! Simply login or register for an account and find the Recommended Content tools section. In there you can choose to setup the tool, make a few choices (based on look, feel and display of the tool) and then press activate. If you are a new user, make sure to add code to your site in order for the What’s Next Mobile tool to start showing. If you’re an AddThis Pro account holder, and you still haven’t activated this tool, now’s the time to check it out and start optimizing for your mobile visitors.
